Our Process

We understand that building a custom kitchen is a formidable process and a major investment. It also is, or can be, exciting, creative, and enjoyable. It is our goal to make certain that you are happy in every interaction you have with Pallas.

We begin the kitchen renovation process by meeting with you to discuss your ideas, cooking habits, kitchen’s occupancy, and any special needs. We encourage you to prepare magazine images of kitchens that you like, to help us better understand your vision for this space and compare all different kitchen and bathroom designs.

In the next step of the kitchen design process we present you a 3D concept design & quotation for your kitchen. We also show you a door style, stain/paint finish, countertop & backsplash choice suitable to your space & design. If needed we invite professional designer to help you with the project. At that moment we prepare detailed drawings for your project. These drawings include:

  • • plan and elevations (all key measurements for the builder/renovator)
  • • precise location of appliances
  • • specs, finishes, function & accessories for all cabinets

If needed, we will meet your contractor, electrician or plumber to discuss all important details. Once you have approved the detailed drawings, your custom cabinets is put into production. This process will take approximately 4-6 weeks.

In the final stage the installers will visit the site prior to the installation date in order to avoid any unforeseen delays. After the installation is complete, we will conduct an on-site inspection to ensure all is to your full satisfaction.

Our designers and craftsmen create custom kitchens, custom bath vanities, entertainment and media centers, custom fireplace mantels, wall units, space-saving closet organizers, custom bars, custom cabinets, desks and other stylish, functional interiors for your home, office, cottage or condo.
